The six week intensive courses introduce you to a variety of meat and vegetarian dishes and will allow you to experiment with and use spices confidently.
You can choose to join a Beginners, Advancedor Vegetariancourse depending on your Indian culinary skills. The Advanced course is only available for those who have completed the beginner course or equivalent and can demonstrate significant experience of Indian cooking.
I have carefully designed the menus to ensure that in each class you build on the learning from previous classes. Full menus are available on request.
All courses include a Food Walk i.e.a trip to an Indian grocery store to explain what's out there and what works for me generally.
