Indian Cookery Master Classes
Master classes are for those who want to take it one step further and learn the basics that accompany most Indian meals but require skill and attention to detail to prepare. I've given some examples below of what I would typically teach in a Master Class.
Paneer
Age old recipe to make Indian cottage cheese at home
Raitas
Various yogurts (dried mint, pineapple & mint, tomato & onion, cucumber) that are a great accompaniment to any meal
Chutneys
Classic all-purpose chutneys made from coriander, mint or tamarind
Breads
Chapatti/roti, Layered flatbreads (Various), Stuffed bread (Parantha), Poori, Naan, Gram flour bread (Pude)
Home-made masalas
Classic recipes to make your own masalas at home
Tailored Classes
A Tailored Class aims to cover a set menu with one meat and one vegetarian dish accompanied by rice or bread. A great way to get introduced to Indian cooking while learning a set menu of your choice.
